Description

Summary:

  • Location: Costa Mesa, CA
  • Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in installing, diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining high-end company proprietary products and other computer-related products such as desktops, laptops, printers, standard software, high-end servers, networking devices, and large-scale payment products.
  • Function as a desk side support specialist when supporting ITO engagements.
  • Handle complex products, problems, and projects, providing technical guidance to lower-level engineers.
  • Provide technical support to customers during the installation or operation of company-supported products.
  • Work in deployment services, supporting the implementation and rollout of new applications or infrastructure.
  • Engage in activities such as hardware or software procurement, configuration, tuning, staging, installation, and interoperability testing.
  • Function as a team or site leader, providing direction to other technicians.
  • Perform server and storage break and fix tasks.
  • Provide support for enterprise products, including Dell ESF desk side support, enterprise storage products, networking products (including Cisco certification requirements), and payment systems products.
  • Support company core-CMOS products and have project management responsibilities for smaller projects.
  • Provide support for software, hardware, and networking for desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Maintain and support legacy products, install and maintain PCs and associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals.
  • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
  • Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and company-approved applications.
  • Provide follow-up on problems or escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
  • Ensure company-specific Service Level Agreements are met, and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
