Responsible for providing a broad range of operational support and handling install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests in support of IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for software, configuration, and setup issues affecting field engineers, technicians, and customers.

Job Description
Responsible for providing a broad range of operational support and handling install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests in support of IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.
• Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.
• Manage workflow in alignment with established schedules.
• Accurately document solutions related to complex technical issues.
• Create workaround procedures when standard processes are unsuccessful and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for software, configuration, and setup issues affecting field engineers, technicians, and customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder.
