Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide operational and technical support for IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests, troubleshooting technical issues, providing onsite customer support, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive operational and technical support for IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests for IT equipment and systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance during onsite visits and service dispatches.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Prepare accurate, timely, and detailed service reports.
• Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Collect and analyze performance data to identify issues and provide technical assistance.
• Coordinate workflows and service activities according to established schedules.
• Accurately document solutions for complex technical issues.
• Develop workaround procedures when standard troubleshooting methods are unsuccessful.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and system configuration errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure service requests are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience providing IT field support, desktop support, or technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and infrastructure support.
• Familiarity with IMAC processes and service request management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to document technical issues and resolutions accurately.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder when required for equipment installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
