• Maintain detailed records of service calls and repairs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent company values during onsite visits

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Proven expertise in DELL Desktop PC installation and support
• Strong break-fix troubleshooting skills
• Valid A+ Certification
• 2-20 years of relevant experience in field IT support
• Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
