As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven, dependable, and people-oriented Field Disposition & Property Showing Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you'll be an important part of our Dispositions department, serving as our boots on the ground throughout the Houston area. Your day-to-day will include coordinating property showings and open houses, visiting newly contracted properties to capture inspection photos within 24–48 hours, and connecting with buyers, real estate agents, and lenders to help keep transactions moving forward.

This is a full-time, Houston-based position offering a $3,000–$3,500 monthly base salary plus commission opportunities on deals you personally bring in.

Compensation:$45,000 - $50,000
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and conduct property showings and open houses, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers.
- Capture detailed inspection photos of newly contracted properties within 24–48 hours to maintain transaction momentum.
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all parties are informed and aligned on property details.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the property showing process.
- Maintain an organized schedule to efficiently manage multiple property showings and appointments.
- Provide timely feedback and insights to the Dispositions department to enhance property marketing strategies.
- Houston-Based: Must reside in the Greater Houston area and be comfortable traveling regularly to properties throughout Houston and surrounding communities.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license, dependable personal vehicle, and the ability to travel to multiple properties throughout the workweek.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident, personable, and professional when interacting with cash buyers, real estate investors, wholesalers, agents, and other industry professionals, both in person and over the phone.
- Professionalism & Good Judgment: Able to confidently manage property showings, maintain appropriate boundaries between buyers and sellers, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Photography & Video Skills: Comfortable capturing clear, high-quality property photos and walkthrough videos that highlight a property's condition and help attract potential buyers. Willingness to learn is essential.
- Outgoing & Relationship-Oriented: Naturally enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, attending networking events, and representing Greenlight Offer in a positive and professional manner.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple property showings, inspections, follow-ups, and networking activities while staying on top of deadlines and commitments.
- Self-Motivated & Accountable: Takes initiative, works independently without constant supervision, follows through on responsibilities, and takes ownership of getting things done.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment where schedules, priorities, and property needs can change quickly.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to learn the real estate investment business, develop new skills, and take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
- Real Estate Experience Is a Plus, Not a Requirement: Previous experience in real estate, property management, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
