Your mandate
- Lead multiple construction projects end to end, hitting deadlines and cost targets while upholding quality.
- Partner with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve design and spec compliance.
- Walk sites frequently to verify progress, uncover issues early, and drive resolution.
- Deliver crisp status updates and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Champion safety and ensure adherence to local codes and regulations.
- Own the paper trail from contracts to change orders and formal reports.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor and subcontractor performance.
- Facilitate project meetings that keep decisions moving and teams aligned.
What sets you up for success
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Track record as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- Thorough command of construction processes, materials, and regulatory frameworks.
- Confident leadership with excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management software and collaboration tools.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet firm milestones.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and a sharp eye for detail.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
