The Mission

As a Field Claims & Exterior Restoration Sales Representative, you’ll be the trusted guide between a storm-damaged home and a finished project. You’ll own the journey from first knock to signed agreement — and ensure homeowners understand each step of the insurance process along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough roof and exterior inspections; document damage with photos/video
• Educate homeowners on the restoration and insurance claims process
• Measure exteriors and produce precise scopes and estimates
• Source business through self-prospecting while also running company-provided leads

Expectations in the Field

• Lead generation is essential — you create opportunities and maximize those we hand you
• Roof climbs in heat and cold are part of the work
• Storm surges mean evenings and some Saturdays
• Plan on independent work blocks (6+ hours) and some days with 100+ miles of driving

What You Bring

• Confidence in face-to-face conversations; we’ll teach the technical details

• Ability to manage an approximately 60-day sales cycle before commissions pay
• Comfort on ladders and roofs
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Smartphone for documentation and apps
• Self-motivated, accountable, and growth-oriented
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required

7-Day Fast-Track Training

• Classroom: storm damage, construction basics, and insurance claims
• Field: ride-alongs and live inspections
• Sales lab: role-play and objection handling

Graduate ready to represent homeowners with professionalism and deliver worry-free exterior protection.

Pay, Perks, and Recognition

• On-target earnings: $150,000; year-one average: ~$100K
• Top 25%: $200K+; Top rep (2025): $300K+
• Base salary plus commission
• Average commission: $2,500 per completed claim
• Monthly and annual performance bonuses
• Vehicle allowance
• Company truck for top producers (after $250K in closed revenue)
