Job Description:
This position reports to an Engineer within the client Field Assurance Department.
This department is responsible for fielding and processing of customer complaints about products.
The complaints may come from patients, health care providers including physicians, nurses, or other health care staff.
This department investigates the root cause of failure, and processes reports to regulatory authorities.
This position will be responsible for supporting the complaint management team through assisting in the disposition of medical device samples.
Must have basic computer skills, including basic Microsoft Office skills and experience.
Will require long periods of time in unsupervised work.
Must be able to lift and carry boxes weighing ~25 lbs, and may require long periods of standing, bending, and sitting.
Education:
High school graduation or GED
Experience:
Must have demonstrated ability to work in unsupervised circumstances.
Must be able to work in a professional setting and perform work autonomously following training and instruction.
Must be competent in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, navigating web-based systems, and accurate data entry.
Preference for candidates with experience in a regulated industry
Must have a demonstrated background for use of Microsoft Excel to: manage datasets, navigation and entry of data into Microsoft Excel, and usage of Excel functions.
