What You'll Be Doing:
As a Field Tech Applicator, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring effective weed and pest control for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Precision Application: Expertly applying weed and pest control solutions in various field settings.
- Teamwork & Independence: Working effectively within a small crew under the guidance of a field supervisor, and also having the capability to work independently when needed.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulously following project instructions and adhering to strict workplace safety protocols.
- Adaptability: Embracing flexible field schedules and tackling new situations with a positive attitude.
- Snow Removal (Seasonal): Contributing to snow removal efforts as needed during the winter months.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Clean Getaway: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the Kersey work location.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends if needed to meet project demands.
