What you’ll tackle

• Troubleshoot and repair home appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves
• Provide outstanding in-home customer service
• Manage vehicle stock and keep your service van in top shape
• Share recommendations and solutions that help customers

Must-haves

• Mechanical aptitude with proven diagnostic ability
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move appliances and work on your feet
• Clear, friendly communication and customer service skills

Nice-to-haves

• Prior appliance repair experience

Where you’ll work

This is a field-based role. You’ll be dispatched to customer sites within driving distance for day trips, returning home most nights.
