Zaxby’s is hiring Field Ambassadors to serve dine-in guests and deliver
made-to-order meals to catering customers throughout the Richmond area. Be part

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
- Deliver catering orders promptly and safely
- Maintain a clean, organized work and dining area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns quickly and courteously
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable using kitchen equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for delivery duties)

- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed
