About the Job
We're hiring a Field Accounts Manager (FAM) to establish a presence and drive revenue for Ossium Health's cryopreserved bone marrow platform. This field-based role will be responsible for calling on bone marrow transplant centers and ensuring that commercial, operational, and access/reimbursement activities are aligned at the account level.
You will work directly with transplant centers, hospital reimbursement teams, and payers to help remove access barriers, support appropriate reimbursement pathways, and ensure operational readiness as Ossium transitions from clinical use into commercial adoption.
The initial build of the Field Accounts Management team will be account specific. We are looking for a West FAM based in the Mountain or Pacific time zone.
This role reports directly to the Field Accounts Manager Lead.

Key Responsibilities
Execute transplant center specific sales and market access plans aligned with Ossium's launch and growth strategy to drive revenue at each targeted center
Engage with transplant center stakeholders including:
Allo-HCT physicians
Transplant coordinators
Hospital reimbursement and billing teams
Transplant program administrators
Pharmacy, finance, and contracting stakeholders
Lead onboarding of new transplant center accounts and oversee commercial contracting, serving as the primary point of contact for each center
Support education around reimbursement pathways, hospital billing considerations, and payer processes related to Ossium's products
Partner with internal teams (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical Ops) to resolve access challenges and escalate issues as needed
Gather field insights on payer policies, hospital reimbursement dynamics, and site-level barriers and communicate learnings back to internal stakeholders
