By midweek, you’re on the road—meeting with automotive OEMs and suppliers, uncovering new product needs, and sharing samples that demonstrate value. Back at the office, you negotiate terms, respond swiftly to customer inquiries, and coordinate closely with the Rocknel factory to ensure new product launches transition smoothly into mass production. You’ll also liaise with our head office in Japan to align on opportunities and solutions.
What You’ll Do

- Prepare and deliver quotations, product information, and samples to support decision-making and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Identify emerging customer requirements and gather market intelligence on new products and applications.
- Partner with customers and the Rocknel factory from initial launch timing through mass production, ensuring seamless handoffs.
- Address requests around pricing, delivery schedules, quality, and technical topics; collaborate with factory teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate regularly with our head office in Japan to share updates and coordinate on key accounts.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience working within a Japanese company environment.
- Preferred background in outside sales across the automotive and fastener sectors.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Strong reliability, professional work ethic, and ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
