A growing specialty contractor is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling operations throughout the Jacksonville market. This leadership role focuses on manpower planning, team development, hiring, scheduling, and operational excellence rather than day-to-day project management.

Description

* Lead field operations for drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling teams
* Conduct manpower planning, workforce scheduling, and resource allocation
* Recruit, interview, mentor, and develop field personnel
* Partner with project teams to ensure staffing aligns with project demands
* Drive safety, quality, productivity, and operational consistency across all projects

Profile

• 10+ years of commercial drywall, ceilings, or metal framing experience
  

• 5+ years in a leadership role as Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  
• Experience managing large field teams and multiple concurrent projects
  
• Degree preferred, though equivalent industry experience will be considered
  
  

Job Offer

Salary Range: Up to $150,000 + Bonus
