Fiberglass Mold Shop Supervisor

Must have a current Driver’s License and Social Security Card, be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., communicate clearly with team members and stand for 8+ plus hours a day. Has the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and take measurements, use various scale conversions, as well as determine special restrictions.

We are currently seeking an individual that is able to perform the below listed essential duties satisfactorily. Must have a current Driver’s License and Social Security Card, be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., communicate clearly with team members and stand for 8+ plus hours a day.

Essential Duties:

• Has woodworking or construction experience.
• Has employee management experience.
• Has the ability to work with and manage a team of (3-5) employees
• Has the ability to read and understand CAD plans/ fabrication drawings.
• Has the ability to work with hand tools and power tools.
• Has the ability to operate machines (forklift, skid steer etc.) 
• Has knowledge of wood framing and finishing standards.
• Is able to focus on accuracy, be organized, detailed and quality oriented.
• Is able to be flexible, willing to continue personal skill development and cross training in other areas.
• Has the ability to see a project through to completion and help establish standards and policies for workflow.
• Is capable of following instructions, receiving guidance, and able to multi-task, while being able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Has good communication skills.
• Is able to work well with and respect others.
• Is able to measure and modify materials as needed.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret plans and drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a Plus.
• Has the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and take measurements, use various scale conversions, as well as determine special restrictions.
• Has the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to assess and resolve minor problems.
• Is able to work in various environmental conditions, including various temperatures and varying noise levels.
