Viron International is looking for dependable, hardworking Fiberglass Fabricators to join our manufacturing team in Temple, Texas.

You will have the opportunity to learn and develop hands-on fabrication skills while working as part of an experienced manufacturing team.
This is a hands-on fiberglass fabrication role. You will work with fiberglass, resins, hand tools and power tools to manufacture industrial fiberglass products.
Your work will include:
Measuring materials and components accurately
Sanding and grinding fiberglass parts
Cutting and preparing fiberglass materials
Mixing and applying fiberglass, resins and catalysts
Performing fiberglass lay-up and fabrication
Installing fiberglass components into vessels, ductwork and fans
Using hand and power tools including grinders, saws and drills
Following work instructions, measurements and basic blueprints
Using shop equipment and overhead hoists safely
We are looking for people who are dependable, comfortable working with their hands and willing to learn.
You should be:
Reliable and able to maintain good attendance
Comfortable using measuring tools accurately
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Mechanically inclined
Able to perform basic math
Able to work Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Comfortable climbing and working on stairs
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, fiberglass, sanding, grinding or other hands-on work is helpful.
Forklift experience is also preferred.

Fiberglass fabrication is physical, hands-on manufacturing work. The production area can be hot, dusty and dirty, and the work involves fiberglass, resins and other manufacturing materials.
You will spend much of the shift standing and moving around the production area. The job also involves repetitive sanding and grinding, climbing stairs and lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn while working in the shop.
