Perform calibration, testing, and characterization of pulsed fiber laser systems during manufacturing. Measure and verify laser performance parameters, including output power, spectrum, pulse waveform, pulse duration, repetition rate, and beam quality. Troubleshoot laser systems, determine root causes of performance issues, and perform detailed technical analysis to support corrective actions. Perform optical fiber preparation, splicing, and fiber assembly following established manufacturing procedures. Assemble and integrate fiber-optic and electro-optical components into laser. Document calibration, test results, root cause investigations, and corrective actions in accordance with company procedures. Maintain test equipment and ensure compliance with all safety and quality requirements, including laser safety and ESD procedures. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve product reliability, manufacturing processes, and test procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
