Broadstaff is hiring a
Fiber Construction Manager to support a major telecommunications fiber deployment project. This role is responsible for overseeing field crews, subcontractors, project schedules, safety, quality, and customer deliverables across multiple construction projects.
What We're Looking For:- 3+ years managing fiber or telecom construction projects
- Experience with FTTH, OSP, aerial, and underground fiber construction
- Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
- Knowledge of OTDR testing, fiber certification, and network acceptance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
