Travel to projects around Eastern Iowa Required - Based in Solon, IA
7:00AM-5:00PM (Hours will vary depending on weather/projects)
Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)
Starting Pay: $20.00/hr. + Weekly Pay

Advance Services is looking for detail-oriented Fiber Optic Laborer to work and become part of a local, award-winning fiber optic and structured cable company! Qualified candidates must have a good attitude, a desire to learn, and be ready to hit the ground running.
Job Duties: - Fiber optic splicing
- Performing inspections and measuring signal strength of connections to ensure adequate performance
- Resolve, repair, and install fiber optics systems to ensure proper working order
- Residential and commercial service installation
Requirements:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must provide proof of insurance; high-risk insurance is not accepted).
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation (Truck/SUV)
- This position will transition to1099 independent contractor status after 90 days.
