Open Positions & Pay Extrusion Associate / Operator: starting at $13.39/hr, up to $16.48 /hr for experienced operators - Run and monitor extrusion lines to hit quality and production targets
- Feed material, watch temperatures, pressures and line speeds, and adjust as needed
- Do quality checks and record production and downtime
- Keep your area clean and follow all safety procedures
Extrusion Lead Operator: up to $17.05hr - Everything above, plus coordinating the crew on your shift
- Relieve operators for breaks and help train new team members
- Be the first point of contact for line problems and escalate to maintenance or supervision
Extrusion Technician: pay based on experience - Line startups, changeovers and setups
- Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems to cut downtime
- Work with Maintenance and Quality to keep the line running to spec
Shifts Available
1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Overtime is available. What We're Looking For - High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred. Extrusion, plastics, fiber or textile experience is a strong plus for Lead and Technician roles
- Able to stand, walk and lift up to [50] lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable around moving equipment, heat and noise, and wearing required PPE
- Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset
- Must be 18 or older
