Fiber Construction Field Supervisor
We connect people, and that starts with crews in the field getting fiber built to homes on schedule. As a Fiber Construction Field Supervisor, you'll run multiple crews on fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) builds. You'll need at least two years in FTTH construction. Supervisor experience is a plus, but if you've been running the job without the title, that counts here.
Days start early and summers run hot. You'll check progress and quality across your jobs, work through problems with drillers and hydrovac crews, and keep daily reports and as-builts current. New projects mean white lining bore paths and running pre-cons with the city. We're still building out the team, so your experience shapes how jobs get run. Field leadership is growing with the work.
This fits someone who knows FTTH from the ground up and reads plant maps and prints. Crews follow your lead because you know the work. If you've white lined a bore path or run a pre-con, mention it when you apply.
