    Description

    Must have:

    • 5 years of experience in leading, designing and implementing healthcare data exchange solutions using FHIR, X12, and related standards.
    • Architect and build solutions using HAPI FHIR for server-side FHIR implementation.
    • Integrate EHRs, payers, and third-party systems using various healthcare data formats and protocols.
    • Implement data validation, transformation, and mapping logic across FHIR and X12 formats.
    • Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Go (Golang).
    • Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and database interactions.
    • Experience of Microservice Architecture with knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes to deploy APIs.
    • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmap.
    • Guide and mentor developers and serve as a go to person on technical items; perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
    • Deploy and maintain CI/CD by leveraging deployment tools including Gitlab, Harness, and Jenkins.
    • Perform unit testing using at least one of the following unit testing frameworks: Junit, Mockito, mocha, chai, or golang and using at least two of the following monitoring tools: Elkstack, Promethius, or Dynatrace.
    • Ability to lead a team on an aggressive timeline.

    Nice to Have:

    • Utilize the technical stack of AWS, Node Js, Golang, Kafka, MongoDB, Docker, GitLab and Harness.
    • Ability to use Mongo DB to store and access data, communicate to it from a Microservice, design and implement the data model, and optimize as needed or using Kafka to create topics to publish or consumers to ingest topics from.
