FHA Property Preservation Coordinator
M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM

• Maintain communication between vendors and clients to ensure all steps are completed in a proficient manner.
• FHA Property Preservation experience is REQUIRED.
• Prior knowledge of HUD standards preferred, in order to successfully communicate and submit required documents.
• Handle both pre and post-sale services regarding vacancies.
• Must have experience in Microsoft Office and utilize internal software systems.

Requirements:

• FHA experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient negotiation skills.
• Positive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
