Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fertilization and weed control applications on residential and commercial properties.
• Operate and maintain application equipment safely and effectively
• Follow industry regulations and best practices for fertilization and weed control
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Assist with general lawn care duties as needed, including mowing (previous experience preferred but not necessary)

Qualifications:

• Applicators License is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fertilization and weed control
• Knowledge of fertilizer and chemical application techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
