Fence Installer-Laborer

Overview
Granite State Fence is Looking for reliable Fence Laborers, fence experience is a plus but not a must! Hours will vary, but must be available 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors on diverse Residential & Commercial construction projects, utilizing your construction skills to build and repair fences that stand the test of time. This position provides a hands-on experience that keeps you active and engaged. Safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship are a priority, ensuring every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and repair of various types of fences using hand tools and power tools
• Prepare job sites
• Operate equipment & tools safely
• Perform concrete work and setting posts securely into the ground
• Support landscape maintenance for the duration of the job
• Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials like wood, vinyl, metal, and concrete
• Collaborate with crew and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other construction-related machinery
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and procedures
• Experience working on construction sites with an emphasis on fencing or similar structures is a plus
• Reliable work ethic with excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation
