Stanford University's Department of Medicine is seeking a Fellowship Coordinator (Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator 1) to provide administrative and operational support to one or more subspecialty fellowships in the Educational Programs Office. Working under the Educational Programs Office's Fellowship Program Manager, the Fellowship Coordinator will administer, coordinate, and support the operations of the clinical fellowship program(s). Program coordination includes an in-depth involvement in program events, the recruitment of future fellows, evaluations, rotation schedules, finance, conferences, publicity, and other educational activities.

The department''s mission is to provide excellent broad-based clinical training in a scholarly environment for future academic leaders. There are 17 ACGME fellowships and more than 150 clinical fellows training in Internal Medicine and its subspecialties.
This is a hybrid role, requiring work to be performed from the Stanford campus, three days per week with the option to work from a non-Stanford work location two days per week.
This is a one-year fixed-term position.

The expected pay range for this position is $38.23 to $46.17 per hour.
