    Job Description

    We are looking for professionals committed to their growth and interested in long-term work in the industry as Feed Mill Technicians in highly modernized facilities.

          Note: This position is as an OPERATOR, not a supervisory role.



    Main Responsibilities:
    • Operate feed mixing, grinding, pelleting, and batching equipment according to production schedules 

    • Receive, unload, and store bulk ingredients, including grains, minerals, and additives 

    • Operate loaders, forklifts, or augers to move materials safely 

    • Follow precise mixing instructions and formulations provided by nutritionists or supervisor 

    • Clean and sanitize feed bins, mixers, conveyors, and work areas regularly to prevent cross-contamination 

    • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on feed mill equipment 

    • Document batch numbers, production volumes, quality checks, and equipment maintenance logs 

    • Communicate with delivery drivers and farm staff to coordinate accurate feed placement 


    Working Conditions:

    • Usual work hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    • Average of 80 to 100 hours per biweekly pay period

    • One day off per week

    • Work locations: various farms in states such as North Carolina, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Kentucky, among others

    • Extreme weather conditions depending on the season (cold in winter and hot in summer)

    Requirements

    Requirements

    To be eligible for this position, a TN work visa for the United States is required. Therefore, it is essential to meet the following requirements:

    • Be of Mexican nationality

    • Hold a university degree and professional license in Feed Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field

    • Possess a Mexican passport valid for at least 1 year

    • Have a valid Mexican driver’s license

    • Hourly wage: between $15.00 and $20.00 USD
