Feed Mill Manager - Relocation Opportunity!

Gpac is working with a company that is seeking a Feed Mill Manager - Relocation may be required. Ideal candidate will have prior milling or grain elevator experience capable of hitting-the-ground-running. Also, willing to consider someone with a very strong maintenance background. Feed Mill Manager Responsibilities:

• Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production
• Oversee production within a mill setting
• Manage a crew of 5+ employees
• Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill
• Utilize company resources

Feed Mill Manager Requirements:

• Prior experience within a milling or grain elevator setting 
• Degree in Animal Nutrition preferred
• Ability to train and manage crew
• Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot

Feed Mill Manager Compensation: $65K-$90K base
