The Job
You’ll deliver packages on rural FedEx Ground routes serving Anson, Breckenridge, and Jayton. You’ll drive a company-provided 16-foot box truck or P1000 step van, load and unload packages, follow your route, and provide professional customer service. Expect about 250 miles and an average of nine hours per day, until all packages are delivered. The work includes frequent bending, lifting, and getting in and out of the vehicle.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $200 per day
- Pay structure: Flat daily rate
- Training pay: $180 per day for two weeks
- Pay frequency: Weekly, Friday

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No CDL required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
