The Job
You’ll deliver packages to homes and businesses in Chapel Hill and Durham using a company-provided delivery vehicle. Routes average 120–140 stops and 65 miles per day, with an average workday of 8 hours until all packages are delivered. The work includes loading and unloading packages, frequent bending, and moving in and out of the vehicle at delivery stops.
Drivers receive a $1.00 stop bonus for each stop over 125. No CDL is required.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs; frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of the delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening conducted after a conditional offer of employment.
Schedule
5 to 6 days per week. Routes operate 7 days a week. Start time is 8:30 AM, and work continues until route completion. The average workday is 8 hours.
