Job Summary

Tryfacta is seeking Federal Workers' Compensation Specialist / Federal Workers' Compensation Assistant-Adjuster for our client in Fort Worth, TX 76131. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications below and are interested, please apply today!

Position Titles:

• Federal Workers' Compensation Specialist
• Federal Workers' Compensation Assistant/Adjuster

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131 (100% Onsite)
Duration: Contract
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift
Pay Rate: DOE

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and support Federal Workers' Compensation (FECA) claims.
• Process and maintain workers' compensation case files and documentation.
• Coordinate with employees, medical providers, and management regarding claims.
• Utilize AQS, EMR, and case management systems to maintain accurate records.
• Assist with claim intake, return-to-work coordination, medical documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with OWCP policies, procedures, and Federal regulations.

To be considered, candidates should have:

Federal Workers' Compensation Specialist

• Minimum 7 years of Federal FECA Workers' Compensation experience.
• Experience with OWCP, AQS, and EMR/case management systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
• Federal Workers' Compensation Case Management Certification or DOL-OWCP Advanced Training.
• Strong analytical and case management skills.

Federal Workers' Compensation Assistant/Adjuster

• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, including 1 year supporting Federal Workers' Compensation.
• Experience with FECA, OWCP, AQS, Microsoft Office, and EMR/case management systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• AIC OR WCCP OR CWCP preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Tier 1/NACI (or higher) background investigation.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
