    Job Description:

    Liaisons and assists with the recruitment, outreach, and admissions processes as needed within the School of Medicine.

    Job Duties:

    • Provide administrative support for the Student Ambassador Program.
    • Assists with the coordination of Student Ambassador training.
    • Assist in developing and updating various recruitment materials such as presentations and flyers.
    • Provide administrative support for Outreach and Pathways programs.
    • Provide administrative support in maintaining social media accounts.
    • Must be available to work some evenings and/or weekends.
    • Must be willing to participate in local travel events as needed.
    • Must be a current SOM student in good academic standing.
    • Adheres to all internal controls and reporting structure.

    MARGINAL OR PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Performs other related duties as required.

    Salary Range:

    Commensurate with experience.
