Summary of Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for daily deposits and assisting the Business Coordinator with various office tasks.

Primary Duties
- Reconcile and verify daily cash deposits, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
- Assist with ordering, organizing, and maintaining office and program supplies.
- Assist with departmental asset inventory, equipment tracking, and inventory management systems.
- Complete administrative tasks including scanning, filing, copying, data entry, and document preparation.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical records while ensuring confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other university software (Outlook, Word, Excel, databases, and internet-based systems) to maintain records, generate reports, and communicate effectively.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation as assigned.
- Assist professional staff with administrative projects, special events, and departmental initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve office organization and administrative processes.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Department Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting Campus Recreation participants, answering questions accurately and professionally, addressing concerns in a courteous manner, and creating a positive, engaging environment for all patrons and participants.
- Market Campus Recreation and area events.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing an environment where people feel welcomed, valued, supported, and respected as they work to pursue their academic and professional goals.
- Attend all department and area trainings and meetings as assigned.
- Keep up to date on all TrainTraq assignments.
- Be prepared to encounter and respond to various hazards, with training provided to ensure safety and proper handling of potential risks.
- Maintain a standard of conduct while participating in Campus Rec activities or facilities, serving as a role model for other patrons by adhering to all safety, behavior, and policies.
- Assists with department events and programming as needed.
- Work early morning, night, and weekend hours as needed.
