    STU AST- NON CLERICAL & ADMIN

    Classification Minimum Requirements:

    • Must have Federal Work Study award for Fall 2026
    • Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed for the movement and installation of computer equipment and printers

    Job Description:

    Are you a tech-savvy student with a Federal Work Study award for Fall 2026, looking for work experience and an opportunity to apply your skills? The Division of Enrollment Management is actively seeking skilled student employees to join our IT team!

    Job duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Install and configure software and hardware components, including computers, printers, and peripherals
    • Provide technical support and maintain computer hardware and software within a network environment
    • Offer technical assistance and training to department personnel
    • Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues
    • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors within the office
    Expected Salary:

    $15/hour

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must have Federal Work Study award for Fall 2026
    • Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed for the movement and installation of computer equipment and printers

    Preferred:
    • Available to work Fall 2026 and beyond
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Fluent in JS, PHP or any shell scripting
    • Previous technical support experience, particularly troubleshooting Windows or MacOS
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, mobile device operating systems, and networking
    • Possession of a valid driver's license
