Federal Work Study - Operations Student Assistant (Enrollment Management)

• Must be available to work through Spring 2027 or longer
• Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours weekly
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as necessary to move computer equipment and other items

The Division of Enrollment Management is currently seeking student employees to support the division's Operations unit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct inventory checks and fulfill supply requests
• Operate a state vehicle for courier services and errands
• Assist with various tasks related to facility management
• Setup, track, and troubleshoot office equipment
• Assist with document imaging
• Perform other duties as needed by supervisor

$15/hour

• Must be available to work through Spring 2027 or longer

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Office experience
