Job Title Federal Work Study - Custodial Services Assistant - Jamestown Full Time/Part Time Job Description

Assists in cleaning campus facilities under the direction of full time custodial team members.

Cleans common areas, office areas, and bathrooms as needed.

Assists with special events including set up and take down.

Duties/Functions

• Cleans, vacuums, mops assigned areas
• Replaces washroom supplies
• Disenfects surface areas in offices and common areas
• Assists with special events

Difficult Challenges

• Long periods of walking and standing
• Must learn proper cleaning methods and how to use products safely

Education Required

• Enrolled at GTCC with a 2.0 gpa

• Some knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures and safety
