Department: Community Engagement Salary: $15.00 per hour

Description:

The Center for Community Engagement and Service Learning vision is to build bridges to the community to create a more engaged campus, cultivate social responsibility, and develop a vibrant learning environment for UHD students. Our department is seeking a student worker for our office.

Duties:

• Provides administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for visitors.
• Assists with the setup and breakdown of departmental events and special projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Reliable, punctual, and organized

Qualifications:

• Must be a current UHD student
• Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours
• Must have been awarded a Federal Work-Study award from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid
