ECU School of Dental Medicine is currently seeking several Clinical Affairs Office Assistants for Ross Hall.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answer phones
  • Retrieve voice mails
  • Contact Insurance companies for breakdowns -Retrieve supplies, Fill copiers
  • as needed
  • Scan documents into Axium as needed
  • Reschedule or verify appointments
  • Perform front end work in the clinical affairs department

GPA Requirement Minimum of 2.0 Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) License/certification required Special Instructions to Applicant

To be ELIGIBLE for FEDERAL WORK STUDY POSITIONS, students MUST QUALIFY and RECEIVE an AWARD from the ECU Financial Aid Office (Old Cafeteria Complex, 252-328-6610.)
