    Are you looking for more than just a campus job? The Office of Alumni Engagement is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and service-oriented students to join our team. This is an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience, build your resume, expand your network with alumni and university leaders, and develop skills that will benefit you long after graduation.

    As a Student Worker, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for alumni, students, and campus guests while supporting events and initiatives that strengthen the East Texas A&M community.

    What You'll Do

    • Welcome and assist alumni, donors, and campus visitors with exceptional customer service.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
    • Provide administrative support to the Alumni Engagement team.
    • Assist with alumni events, projects, and special initiatives.
    • Complete data entry, filing, and other day-to-day office tasks.
    • Help create a positive and professional experience for everyone who visits the Alumni Center.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
    • Customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required.

    Position Details

    Position: Student Worker – Alumni Engagement (Work Study)
    Location: Onsite – Commerce, Texas
    Pay: $10.00/hour
    Duration: Fall Semester (may be able to renew for additional semesters depending on availability and funding)
