Financial Coordinator (Full-Time)

Pay:$25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience

We're looking for a motivated, dependable Financial Coordinator to join our growing dental team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with patients, and is comfortable taking on additional leadership responsibilities to help support daily office operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
• Coordinating insurance benefits and payment arrangements
• Managing patient accounts and collections
• Supporting daily office operations and assisting with workflow, team accountability, and problem-solving
• Helping ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment acceptance
