Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on federal construction projects throughout the Southeast and across the U.S. This role is responsible for driving project execution, maintaining schedule adherence, ensuring quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety on site.

Description

    • Manage all day-to-day field operations on federal construction projects.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules alongside the project management team.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform work activities.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, client, and company safety requirements.
    • Lead site meetings and maintain communication with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders.
    • Monitor quality control processes and ensure work is completed to specification.
    • Identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and schedule performance.
    • Mentor and develop field staff and assistant superintendents.

Profile

    • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
    • Demonstrated experience overseeing federal, military, DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, or other government-funded construction projects.
    • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, safety regulations, and construction means and methods.
    • Ability to lead multifunctional project teams and manage subcontractor performance.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
    • Ability to travel or relocate as required by project needs.
