The Federal Sales Account Manager serves as the subject matter expert for CIS Secures portfolio of secure communications products, services, and solutions within an assigned territory. This individual is responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen long-term relationships within Federal agencies, government contractors, and system integrators. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and positioning the company as a trusted technology partner to the Federal government.
Someone who would excel in this role would exhibit a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution discipline with the ability to translate vision into results. They will have excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders to influence outcomes in complex organizations. A proactive, self-motivated, and resilient approach to problem solving and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small business, matrixed environment. Finally, a passion and professionalism as the "face" of CIS Secure within the Federal community and your targeted agencies.
