Description

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in consulting, or program management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in government services and contracting.
  • Prior experience managing IT engineering and technical staff in a government environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
  • PMP certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong leadership, initiative, and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, including executive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, cross-functional team.
  • Proven ability to monitor and manage project financials and reporting.
  • Strong technical background in Government Contracting, IT services, consulting, and advisory.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across sales, services, delivery, finance, clients, and partners.

Preferred locations: San Antonio, TX

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $170,000 to $184,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
