Job Responsibilities:- Create, update and track CFOs(Customer Feature Objective) efficiently.
- Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all the CFOs align with project objectives and standards
- Work with cross functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features
- Support platform new feature development
- Support program specific new feature development
- Conducting competitive benchmarking & voice of customer clinics to support the development process
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university
- 3 to 5 years of automotive experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience
- Good project coordination skills
- Automotive Systems Background
- Knowledge of ISO 26262
- Ability to interpret various regulatory requirements and Industry Best practices
- Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
- Knowledge of IBM doors, or similar ALM/PLM management tools
- Systems Engineering experience
- Experience with system network topology diagrams
- Able to Understand Problem from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field)
- Knowledge of a functional domain (i.e. Body, Chassis, Electrical, Interior..)
