The purpose of this position is to manage all functions of the Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) including , making pricing recommendations, marketing and the supervision of staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Supervises staff by prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring staff training and compliance, adherence to policies and procedures, and making hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations.
Ø Manages and coordinates all charter requests.
Ø Makes weekly fuel pricing recommendations.
Ø Serves as the Air Elite liaison.
Ø Manages the marketing of the FBO business.
Ø Attends applicable trade shows.
Ø Coordinates, implements & oversees training for customer service & line service.
Ø Assists with the FBO budget development and monitoring.
Ø Oversees all safety initiatives - National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Safety 1st & International Standard for Business Aircraft Handlers (IS-BAH) certifications.
Supplemental Functions:
Ø Performs other similar duties as required.

Required Experience
Associate's degree or diploma from an accredited college or university. technical, business, vocation, or correspondence school; with at least five (5) years of relevant and supervisory experience; or the City may consider an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
