Instead of searching for products, consumers will have an intelligent shopping agent that understands their taste, their context, and what they're in the mood for. It won't just recommend products — it will show them on you, in your home, and in your life, before you buy. The color you didn't know was yours. A home styled to your personality. Yourself on the trip before you've even packed. The guesswork that has always made shopping hard simply disappears, as discovery, inspiration, and purchase become one seamless experience.

This isn't a traditional brand marketing role. It's an opportunity to define an entirely new category and help build the consumer brand introducing agentic shopping to millions of people across the U.S. Few marketers get the chance to shape an entirely new consumer behavior — this is one of them.

As our Senior Manager — Integrated Consumer Marketing, you'll lead integrated marketing programs that build awareness, create cultural relevance, and accelerate the adoption of agentic shopping across the U.S. You'll play a key role in transforming breakthrough AI into consumer experiences, compelling stories, and cultural moments that make Glance a brand consumers know, trust, and love.

You'll partner closely with Creative, Social & Content, Consumer PR, Partner Marketing, Consumer Insights, Growth, Product Marketing, Strategy & Operations, and external agencies to bring Glance to life through integrated campaigns, creator programs, strategic partnerships, earned storytelling, cultural moments, and immersive consumer experiences.

Define a New Category

• Help establish Glance as the U.S. consumer brand for agentic shopping, driving the marketing programs that build awareness, trust, and adoption.
• Help shape the consumer behaviors that define the next era of shopping.
• Own the U.S. consumer marketing calendar, aligning product launches, cultural moments, creator programs, partnerships, and campaigns into one integrated roadmap.

Build Cultural Relevance & Earned Storytelling

• Create marketing that people want to participate in, not simply campaigns they see, across fashion, sports, entertainment, retail, creators, technology, and emerging cultural moments.
• Partner with Social & Content and Consumer PR to grow creator programs, engaged consumer communities, and earned-first narratives that establish Glance as a new way to shop.
• Create experiences consumers want to experience, creators want to share, and media wants to cover — building programs that drive earned media, creator advocacy, and lasting conversation.

Bring Agentic Shopping to Life

• Partner with the Global Consumer Marketing team to localize and bring integrated consumer campaigns to life across paid, earned, owned, creator, experiential, social, and partner channels.
• Develop immersive consumer experiences that make agentic shopping tangible, intuitive, and desirable.
• Ensure every consumer touchpoint delivers a seamless, premium Glance brand experience.

Grow Through Partnerships

• Partner with the Partner Marketing team to develop co-marketing programs with OEMs, carriers, retailers, fashion brands, creators, and strategic partners.
• Bring partnerships to life through integrated campaigns, consumer experiences, and cultural activations.
• Identify new partnership opportunities that expand Glance's reach, strengthen the brand, and accelerate consumer adoption.

Turn Insight Into Growth

• Partner with Consumer Insights and Strategy & Operations to understand consumer behavior, measure brand health, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Translate consumer insights into marketing strategies, creative ideas, and measurable business impact.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture — continuously experimenting with new ideas, formats, creators, and partnerships, while optimizing campaigns through research and performance data.

Lead Cross-Functionally

• Lead through influence across the full range of teams and agencies named above, delivering world-class consumer marketing programs.
• Own day-to-day relationships with creative, PR, social, experiential, influencer, and production agencies.
• Help develop annual marketing plans, manage campaign budgets, and prioritize investments across campaigns, creators, partnerships, and cultural moments.
• Operate with a builder mindset — moving quickly, embracing ambiguity, and helping define how consumer marketing works inside a category-defining company.

The Experience We Need:

• 7–10 years of experience in consumer brand marketing, integrated marketing, or consumer marketing within a high-growth consumer technology, retail, lifestyle, entertainment, or media company.
• Proven experience leading integrated consumer marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, creator, experiential, partnership, retail, and social channels.
• Strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, culture, creators, and emerging trends.
• A deep curiosity for emerging technologies, with a proven ability to translate breakthrough innovation into intuitive, compelling consumer experiences.
• Experience building creator programs, strategic partnerships, experiential activations, and earned-first marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with exceptional execution and operational excellence.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of ambiguity and a bias for action.
