You will be the captain of our ship, overseeing a team of cooks, cashiers, and prep staff while ensuring every customer gets a taste of authentic East Coast hospitality. Responsibilities
- Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high performance and morale
- Control inventory to optimize costs and reduce waste
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain quality assurance and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and manage staff schedules to provide full shift coverage
- Oversee budget management and cost control
- Handle order management and vendor relations with a focus on local sourcing
