Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage all shift schedules, inventory control, and product ordering.

- Customer Service: Maintain high food quality, fast service, and a spotless facility.
- Financial Oversight: Hit labor targets, manage food waste, and maximize profitable growth.

Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Fast Food or QSR General Manager.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a high-volume restaurant staff.
- Skills: Strong communication, basic math, and computer literacy.
- Availability: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus for this area.
- Certifications: Valid ServSafe Manager certification required.
