Farmers Market Booth Lead – Thu/Sat/Sun

Dumplin by Aro is looking for a dependable, high-energy person to take ownership of one of our farmers market booths.

This isn't a typical restaurant position where you re stuck doing one station all day. After training, you'll be trusted to run the market: drive the company vehicle, set up the booth, cook and serve food, interact with customers, handle payments, and pack everything up at the end of the shift.

We're looking for someone who likes working independently, moving quickly, talking to people, and being trusted with responsibility.

Required Availability

• Thursday evenings North Park
  
• Saturday mornings Dana Point
  
• Sunday mornings Chula Vista
  

Pay

• Training: $20/hr
  
• After training: $150 225 per shift + tips
  
• Additional shifts available
  
• Performance bonuses and opportunities for more responsibility
  

What You'll Do

• Pick up and drive a company vehicle from Mira Mesa
  
• Set up and break down the farmers market booth
  
• Cook dumplings and other menu items
  
• Take orders and process payments
  
• Keep the booth clean, organized, and stocked
  
• Provide friendly, fast customer service
  
• Independently manage the market once fully trained
  

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation to Mira Mesa for vehicle pickup
  
• Valid driver s license and clean driving record
  
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle
  
• Dependable and punctual
  
• Comfortable cooking and working on your feet
  
• Able to lift and move market equipment
  
• Calm when things get busy
  
• Someone who notices what needs to be done without being constantly told
  
• California Food Handler Card, or willing to obtain one
  

Food service experience is helpful, but reliability, attitude, and ownership matter more to us than having the perfect resume.
