Farmers Licensed Insurance Sales Rep Remote Agent in Maryland

Conrad Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. We serve customers throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, and Virginia, offering personal and commercial insurance solutions.

Salary Range: $25000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

• Contact agency-provided leads and develop additional sales opportunities
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, landlord, umbrella, and other insurance products
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage
• Explain coverage options clearly and make recommendations based on each customers needs
• Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer records
• Assist with servicing and retaining your book of business
• Meet established monthly production expectations
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
• Follow all carrier, agency, and state compliance requirements

• Must hold an active Property and Casualty insurance license
• Minimum of one year of insurance sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to quote, present, and close insurance policies
• Experience selling auto, home, renters, landlord, umbrella, or commercial insurance
• Strong telephone, communication, and customer-service skills
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and consistently following up with leads
• Able to meet monthly sales and production goals
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and accountable
• Comfortable learning and using multiple insurance and CRM systems
• Able to work independently while remaining engaged with the agency team
• Must maintain all licensing and continuing-education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
